ACAMS - Advanced Financial Crimes Investigations | FCI
Overview
On this accelerated ACAMS Advanced CAMS Financial Crimes Investigations (FCI) Certification course, you’ll build on the knowledge acquired from your Certified AntiMoney Laundering Specialist (CAMS) course, by learning how to effectively detect, prevent and report suspicious activity by opening the lines of communication with law enforcement agencies.
In just 3 days, you’ll learn how to utilise your CAMS skills to communicate relevant information by developing outreach programs with law enforcement to share the latest trends, unusual activity and SARs. You’ll also learn how to:
- Communicate new typologies and risks discovered during case investigations to other business units, allowing adjustments to controls, training and enhanced due diligence procedures
- Manage your investigation scope, minimising your institution’s risk exposure while still providing pertinent information to law enforcement
- Enhance onboarding expectations to ensure superior investigative output right from the start
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the CAMS-FCI exam and achieve your Advanced CAMS Financial Crimes Investigations (FCI) Certification.
