On this accelerated Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core course, you'll prepare for the Cisco CCNP Collaboration and CCIE Collaboration certifications. These certifications qualify you for expert-level roles that focus on the implementation and operation of Cisco collaboration solutions.

In just 4 days, you'll build knowledge on how to implement networking technologies to improve internal communication and support increased scalability in your business. You'll learn how to install Cisco collaboration applications like Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS) XE gateway and media resources, call control and Quality of Service (QoS). You'll also learn how to:

  • Integrate and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
  • Implement Cisco Unified Communications Manager provisioning features
  • Analyse traffic patterns and quality issues in converged IP networks supporting voice, video and data traffic

Alternatively, if you’re aiming for the CCIE Collaboration certification, you'll need to complete the CCIE Collaboration v3.0 practical lab exam, where you'll cover the lifecycle of complex collaboration infrastructure.
