On this accelerated Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer course, you’ll learn the skills to become a professional data engineer. You’ll build knowledge on how to design and build data processing systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as enable data-driven decision making by collecting, transforming and publishing data.

In just 3 days, you'll build your data processing systems so that they focus on security, compliance, reliability and flexibility. You'll also learn how to:

Leverage, deploy and continuously train pre-existing machine learning models
Design for data and application portability to meet current and future business requirements
Operationalise machine learning models

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, Google recommends you have:

At least three years of industry experience, including one or more years of designing and managing solutions using GCP
One years' experience in one or more of the following:

A common query language such as SQL Extract
Data modelling
Machine learning
A common programming language such as Python.
