Overview
On this accelerated PECB: Certified ISO/IEC 29100 Foundation course, you will become acquainted with the best practices of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This course will allow you to implement and manage a privacy framework based on the ISO/IEC 29100 international standard.
In just 2 days you will learn the concepts, principles, and the basic structure of the implementation and management of a privacy framework. You will also learn how to:
- Comprehend the privacy principles of ISO/IEC 29100
- Understand the main processes of privacy protection based on ISO/IEC 29100
- Protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the PECB exam, and achieve your PECB: Certified ISO/IEC 29100 Foundation certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology you’ll certify at twice the speed of traditional training and get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
As of March 2023, PECB have partnered with Credly to offer you the chance of earning a digital badge upon completing your certification.

Exam Track
At the end of this accelerated course, you’ll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training centre, covered by your Certification Guarantee:

When you successfully pass the ISO 29100 Foundation exam, you will get your first year of PECB membership free of charge. The usual fee for this is around £250. This applies to all courses which lead to a professional membership. PECB are a personnel certification body.
