Overview

On this accelerated SAFe Agile Certified Practitioner for Team Training course, you’ll understand how to plan programme increments and iterations, demonstrate value at a team and programme level, and problem-solve impediments to drive improvement.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn the constructs of the SAFe Agile framework and how to integrate and work with other teams on the Agile Release Train as well as performing as member of an Agile Team. You’ll also learn to:

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the SAFe Agile Certified Practitioner for Team Training exam, and achieve your certification.
