Prerequisites

You must have:

  • A solid understanding of the .NET Framework
  • Six months' experience in Visual Studio 2010
  • One to two years' experience developing application components that interact with a variety of data sources
  • A thorough understanding of relational database concepts
  • One to two years' experience using a relational database management system
  • Fundamental knowledge of .NET programming languages and object-oriented programming (C# or VB.NET)
  • One year's experience developing web applications
  • Experience in creating data-driven web applications
  • A reasonable understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

It's recommended that you have six months' experience developing .NET services and three years' experience developing ASP.NET technologies. But we'll cover both subjects on the course.
