On this accelerated 4 day Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 course, you’ll learn to implement Windows Server 2012 in the existing IT infrastructure of your business. You’ll focus on installing the fundamental components and capabilities of Windows Server like networking, storage, Group Policy and Hyper-V.

This course will give you hand’s-on teaching in the fundamentals of operating and installing Windows Server, improving automation, storage, data processing and virtualisation in your business’s servers. You’ll cover all of this 20% faster than traditional training.

Examination Passing Policy

Should a student complete a Firebrand Training Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year.  Students will only be responsible for accommodations and vendor exam fees.

Prerequisites

Firebrand recommend you possess:

  • A good understanding of networking fundamentals
  • An awareness and understanding of security best practices
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware
  • Knowledge concerning the initial implementation and configuration of core Windows Server services including Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Networking Services and Microsoft Hyper-V

As well as experience in:

  • Configuring, Windows client operating systems, such as Windows 8 or Windows 10
  • Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012 servers in an Enterprise environment
