On this 2-day accelerated ISO 31000 Risk Manager course, you'll gain an understanding of how to use the ISO/IEC 31000 standard as a valuable information tool and the ability to integrate the risk management guidelines of ISO/IEC 31000 into an organisation. On this course, you'll study for and sit the ISO 31000 Risk Manager exam.

Curriculum

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 31000 and risk management and establishing the risk management framework
Initiation of the risk management process and risk assessment based on ISO 31000
Day 2: Risk treatment, recording and reporting, monitoring and review, and communication and consultation according to ISO 31000

Exam Track

You'll take the ISO 31000 Risk Manager (ISO31000RM) exam during the course.

This 2-hour exam covers 3 main competency domains:

Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of risk management

Domain 2: Establishing the risk management framework

Domain 3: Application of the risk management process
