Audience

If you're a network administrator, network engineer or a systems engineer, this course is ideal for you.

Next step: CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration certifications

Once you have achieved your Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core certification, pass any of the following Cisco concentration exam to get your CCNP Collaboration certification:

  • 300-810 CLICA: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications (CLICA)
  • 300-825 CLACCM: Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services (CLACCM)
  • 300-820 CLCEI: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions (CLCEI)
  • 300-835 CLAUTO: Automating Cisco Collaboration Solutions (CLAUTO)

Alternatively, if you’re aiming for the CCIE Collaboration certification, you'll need to complete the CCIE Collaboration v3.0 practical lab exam, where you'll cover the lifecycle of complex collaboration infrastructure.

Seven reasons why you should sit your course with Firebrand Training

  1. You'll be certified in just 6 days. With us, you’ll be trained in record time
  2. Our course is all-inclusive. A one-off fee covers all course materials, exams, accommodation and meals. No hidden extras
  3. Pass first time or train again for free. This is our guarantee. We’re confident you’ll pass your course first time. But if not, come back within a year and only pay for accommodation, exams and incidental costs
  4. You’ll learn more . A day with a traditional training provider generally runs from 9am – 5pm, with a nice long break for lunch. With Firebrand Training you’ll get at least 12 hours/day quality learning time, with your instructor
  5. You’ll learn faster. Chances are, you’ll have a different learning style to those around you. We combine visual, auditory and tactile styles to deliver the material in a way that ensures you will learn faster and more easily
  6. You’ll be studying with the best. We’ve been named in Training Industry’s “Top 20 IT Training Companies of the Year” every year since 2010. As well as winning many more awards, we’ve trained and certified 113,776 professionals, and we’re partners with all of the big names in the business
  7. You'll do more than study courseware. We use practical exercises to make sure you can apply your new knowledge to the work environment. Our instructors use demonstrations and real-world experience to keep the day interesting and engaging

"Great course, very well given"
R.H.. (22/3/2021 (Monday) to 27/3/2021 (Saturday))

"Having very minimal knowledge with Cisco before starting, I now feel confident to take the exam and to get hands-on with Cisco kit. The method of teaching from slides, taking that information and then putting them into simpler, more relatable terms on the whiteboard was a great way to make it all understandable for a first-time user. The instructor did a great job."
Jordan Hornby. (22/3/2021 (Monday) to 27/3/2021 (Saturday))

"A good course, providing solid teaching of subject with a large amount of course material and without making it confusing allowing me to learn the subject matter at hand. No questions were off limits and subjects were covered until they were understood"
