This accelerated BCS Practitioner in Business Skills for the IT Professional practitioner-level award encourages individuals in IT and technical roles to explore the many teams, ideas, and functions within an organisation and maximise their contribution.

You’ll attain a comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals of business strategy, finance from a business context, frameworks for operational management, and various customer and marketing journeys, including:

Conceptualising key areas of business strategy, such as the mission statement and use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Discerning between the different areas of business finance and commercial acumen; Understanding frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and the Value Chain; Understanding and creating customer journeys for internal and external stakeholders; Learning the 4 P’s of marketing and their applications.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn understand how to lead effectively. You’ll also learn how to:

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the BCS exam, and achieve your BCS Practitioner in Business Skills for the IT Professional certification.
