Overview

On this accelerated 4 day Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customisation and configuration course you’ll learn how to customise the Dynamics CRM 2016 system to meet the specific needs of your business.

You’ll start by learning to configure the Dynamics CRM 2016’s settings to help manage your business processes more effectively. You’ll move on to managing and customising entity relationships and field configuration. Plus, you’ll learn to manage business rules, workflows and business process flows. These skills will help you tailor Dynamics CRM 2016 to perform company and team specific actions.

Guided by your expert Microsoft Certfied Trainer, you’ll use exclusive Firebrand curriculum. You’ll also use Firebrand’s unique Lecture | Lab | Review technique, immersing you in topics including:

  • Configure Dynamics CRM settings
  • Implement entity relationships
  • Implement and manage workflows, dialogs and custom actions

These modules, and more, will prepare you to sit the MB2-712 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customisation and Configuration exam on site as part of the course, covered by our Certification Guarantee.

Passing exam MB2-712 previously resulted in achieving the Microsoft Specialist: Dynamics CRM 2016 Customisation and Configuration certification.

Microsoft retired the Specialist credential on 31 March, 2017. The exams remain available and where applicable will count towards the relevant existing MCSA, MCSE or MCSD certification.

This accelerated course is most suitable for system administrators, implementation consultants and technical support staff interested in customisation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in their business.
